The work on my right hip where I had been carrying persistent tension and discomfort — was particularly powerful. I noticed a reduction in tightness almost immediately, and in the days following the session the pain eased significantly. I still felt mild tightness at times, but overall there was a clear shift toward lightness and balance in my body.

What surprised me most was the emotional element. The session gently brought things to the surface, allowing a sense of release without feeling overwhelming. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded and I slept deeply that night.
